Why the button is missing
Why can’t I see the “Join” button?
There are several possible reasons. Check each one:
The session may not be open yet. The “Join” button only appears 5 minutes before the session start time.
Your browser may not have permission to use your camera and microphone.
An error message may be waiting for your attention.
Your browser zoom may be too high and you need to zoom out. THNK World works best at a browser zoom between 80% and 110%.

How do I zoom out using the keyboard?
Click the THNK World page first, then press:

Each press makes the page smaller. In Chrome, each press changes the zoom by 10%.
How do I reset my zoom?
Windows or Linux: press Ctrl and 0 (zero).
Mac: press Command and 0 (zero).
This returns the page to 100%, which is within the recommended 80% to 110% range.
How do I zoom out without the keyboard?
Chrome: click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner, find Zoom, then click - or Reset.
Edge: open the zoom panel from the address bar and click - or Reset.
Other browsers: use the View menu and choose Zoom Out.
